Wellness Evaluations go beyond the typical information available by providing individualized body composition analyses and nutritional and lifestyle evaluations. In addition, we give customized solutions to help a person achieve their wellness goals. It will take about 1 hour and we will cover the 3 simple steps to wellness. Your own personal wellness coach will continue to work with you to help you achieve the body and health you want for 2008.
